Most Full Service setups are completed within 24–48 hours. Same Day service is in and out within hours. Restorations and antique work varies — Jayce will give you an honest timeline at your free consultation.

Strings are included in the Restring Lesson. For Same Day Service and Full Service, strings are included. For specialty strings (coated, heavy gauge, vintage wound) there may be an upcharge — ask at booking.

Absolutely. Every instrument deserves to be played well. From your first $80 Walmart guitar to a vintage parlor guitar — Jayce treats them all the same. The goal is always to make it play and sound its best.

Jayce will inspect the instrument, diagnose everything that's wrong, explain the repair options, and give you a written estimate — all at no charge. You're under no obligation to leave the guitar. It's a no-pressure conversation.
